Henry Rehab and Nursing is a 94-bed skilled nursing and sub-acute rehabilitation facility, providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care to individuals with health conditions that require medical and nursing services unavailable at home. Our facility is located in beautiful central Illinois, proudly serving the town of Henry and the surrounding areas. We are only a short distance from Lacon and Peoria.
